Frame - R50 No. 560xxx, built 03.03.1959, delivered 19.03.1959 to Mayfairs Wholesale & Retail Merchants Brisbane
Motor (case only) - No. 622xxx of BMW R 60/2, bike built 30.09.1960, delivered 20.12.1960 to Importer Pratt Motor Pty. Melbourne
Crankshaft - R68 (or early R69 - not sure when knife rods were introduced - mine have I-profiles) with 20 mm small ends
Bearings - see details on Motor & Pictures pages
Cylinders - R60
Pistons - R60/2, probably early 60s, 20 mm wrist pin, three rings
Rings - Ford Cortina (lucky they fitted exactly, down to the ring gap) - no measurable oil consumption or smoking, good compression.
Heads - R60, early model with steel spark plug thread inserts, upgraded to slotted rotating valves
Spark plugs - NGK B7HS
Head covers - R60/5, of Hamburg Police bike
Mufflers - SS aftermarket, I think produced in USA
Gearbox - early R60 with R25/3 gear set, new FAG bearings and mostly Viton seals, lubricated with Mobil Delvac (synthetic)
Final drive - R69 or early S, not vented, 25/8, new FAG input bearing, re-shimmed
Drive shaft - R60/2, late model with fat shaft
Clutch - new type disk, 'sports' spring, new pressure plate
Flywheel - lightened about 20%, mainly at perimeter
Ignition points - Uli's aftermarket, seem ok after initial settling in
Ignition coil - someone rewound it - great spark
Front fork - R26
